Petite Share

Our Small share is intended for 1-2 people and will come to about 5 pounds of meat and meat products per package. Each package will include a mix of beef, pork, and lamb cuts, alongside craft charcuterie and other meat products.

All products will come vacuum sealed and blast frozen, ensuring your meat will retain its quality and giving you flexibility to wait until the right time to use it.

And example of what a Small Table package could look like:

• 1 lb. Beef (Ranch Steak, Denver Steak, Picanha Steak, Tenderloin, etc.)

• 1 lb. Pork (Rib Chop, Coppa Chop, Collar Roast, etc.)

• 1 lb. Lamb (Rib Chop, Shoulder Roast, Breast Pinwheels, etc.)

• 1 lb. Single-Source Ground Beef

• 1 lb. Craft Sausage
